First cousin spawn Ted Nugent: Military Service Members Are Committing Suicide Because Obama Is "Violating" The Constitution

nugent
In an appearance on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' radio show, NRA board member Ted Nugent blamed the epidemic of suicides among veterans and active duty military on frustration with President Obama for supposedly "violating" the Constitution.
Nugent, who has appeared on Jones' show several times, told the host that the military is frustrated with Obama for "violating the oath that they're dying for," which is leading to an unprecedented increase in suicides.
Nugent went on to describe the Obama administration as "treasonous" and also characterized the president as a "groomed America hater."
On Sunday, Nugent will appear at the NRA's Annual Meeting for an event titled "Freedom Is Not Free - Repaying Our Debt to Heros [sic]" which is billed as a tribute to "those who gave all to utilize our precious freedoms as provided by the ultimate sacrifices of the US Military warriors and their families."

Crazy fuck Ted Nugent's Extreme Remarks Get A Pass From CNN's Burnett

CNN host Erin Burnett didn't ask NRA board member Ted Nugent a single question about his recent violent remarks concerning gun policy, which included doubling down on his previous claim that he would be "dead or in jail" if Obama was reelected.
Burnett hosted Nugent on the April 11 broadcast of her show Erin Burnett OutFront to discuss pending gun safety legislation.
At no point did Burnett ask Nugent about comments he made during an April 8 interview on NRA News, when he complained that not enough was done to stop Obama's reelection and asked, "When I kick the door down in the enemy's camp, would you help me shoot somebody?" Nugent clarified that his reference to shooting people was "a metaphor" and that he's "not recommending shooting anybody." He also doubled down on his claim last year that he would be "either dead or in jail" in a year if the president was reelected.
Nugent is not a credible voice in the gun policy debate, as evidenced by his long history of inflammatory rhetoric and misinformation about gun violence. Nevertheless, Burnett has attempted to mainstream Nugent before. In February, Burnett's show featured an interview with Nugent where he suggested the government could confiscate firearms, a conspiracy theory that Burnett and CNN reporter Deb Feyerick later treated as a serious argument.
During the April 11 interview, Burnett experienced some of Nugent's inflammatory rhetoric firsthand when Nugent asked Burnett if she would "support my recommendation that we arrest Eric Holder" in order to "stop gun trafficking."

Ted Nugent to Hugo Chavez "ADIOS MO FO"
Hopefully we'll be able to say the same to Ted, very soon!

0306_ted_hugo_getty_article
Ultra-conservative freedom-loving Republican rock star Ted Nugent has three words for the dead former President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez -- "ADIOS MO FO."

Nugent -- a staunch anti-Communist -- tells TMZ, "All dictators, tyrants, slave-drivers and despots should die ASAP. Let freedom ring."

Chavez died yesterday following a battle with cancer.

It makes total sense Nugent would hate the guy -- Chavez was an outspoken anti-American who has long criticized America's foreign policy. During his political career, Chavez also allied with the Communist government of Cuba and the Socialist governments of other Latin American countries.

In sum, Chavez pretty much embodied everything Nugent hates about extremist left-wing politics.

Ted Nugent: I Honor Blacks Every Day, Barack Obama Engineers Destruction Of Black America

Ted Nugent clearly does not shy away from broaching potentially inflammatory racial topics.
In a Feb. 20 column written for ultra-conservative WorldNetDaily, the controversial conservative activist and proud National Rifle Association board member claims that, while he himself "honors blacks" every day, President Obama and his Democratic party are engineering the destruction of black America:
With February being Black History Month, historians looking back at this timeframe studying black Americans will judge it as a complete and total disaster. And they won’t blame President Bush. Barack Obama, the guy who received roughly 93 percent of black American votes, is the clear and present engineer of the destruction of black America.
Black Americans, Nugent also writes, need to realize that "dirty Democrat politicians are their true enemy, not their salvation."
Nugent backs up his argument with a series of statistics on what he insists are the president's destructive "economic and social policies": The unemployment rate for adult black Americans, he writes, is twice that of white Americans; teenage black unemployment is 40 percent; the high school dropout rate for black Americans in some inner cities is above 50 percent. He also cites the "epidemic" of black-on-black violence and claims that "75 percent of black kids are now raised in a single-parent household."
As Nugent does not provide sources for his facts, its difficult to evaluate some of them. The stats about unemployment are correct, according to 2011 figures from the Labor Department. But sources differ on single-parent numbers, with The Annie E. Casey Foundation citing 69 percent. While Nugent does not state which cities' dropout rates he's referring to, the U.S. Department of Education claimed that 40 percent of black students dropped out nationwide during the 2010-2011 academic year.
MSNBC's Morgan Whitaker points out that, although Nugent may have at least some of his facts straight, "there’s ample evidence" to support the idea that President Obama has helped black America, rather than hurt it.
"The president has recently announced a series of proposals designed to help minority communities, including expanding access to pre-school and making higher education more affordable," writes Whitaker. "He’s also pushing to increase pay for those earning a minimum wage, of which African-Americans are a disproportionately large group. Don’t forget Obama’s support for the Voting Rights Act, which Republicans are actively trying to dismantle."
Nugent has recently been on something of a tear, in terms of offending the African-American community. Last April, he described himself as a "black Jew at a Nazi-Klan rally." A few months later, he mused whether the South should have won the Civil War after all. Then, in January, he compared gun owners to Civil Rights icon Rosa Parks.

Ted Nugent Blasts 'SNL' Over 'Fox & Friends' Parody: 'That's It?'

Ted Nugent took to Twitter on Monday to respond to a parody on "Saturday Night Live" in last weekend's episode, where the often incendiary conservative rocker was portrayed as a wild-eyed madman in a "Fox & Friends" spoof.
Watch the sketch here.
In the sketch, Nugent, played by Bill Hader, describes attending the State of the Union address and being sickened by President Obama. This reflected the actual fact that the Nuge went to the State of the Union this year as the guest of congressman Steve Stockman (R-TX). Three days later, he told his Twitter followers that he thought his "SNL" parody fell flat.
Hader's version of Nugent included telling the "Fox & Friends" hosts that he was upset about Obama's speech, but also that his goatee was full of ticks. He also brought up one of Nugent's pet issues, that he thinks Obama is doing a poor job of taking "the guns out of the hands of the crazy people" (with the implication that Nugent, himself, is a crazy person).
In real life, Nugent said that his favorite part of the State of the Union was when he "couldn't hear clearly."
Nugent's vocal criticism of Obama has put him in headlines several times since the president took office. Most notably, last April he said that he would be "dead or in jail" if Obama were elected to a second term.
